Eastside Lumber is a family-owned business in Kansas City, founded by Daniel Edwards, who grew up building with his grandfather on the Eastside of KCMO. Originally operating as Robert Wiley Material Supply Company, named after his grandfather, the company now runs under the name Eastside Lumber. The company honors his grandfather’s legacy while focusing on rebuilding and revitalizing the Eastside community. Eastside Lumber is proud to be a Black-owned lumber yard, with a strong commitment to supporting the local community.
