Designed to meet affordable, in-fill development needs, these houses are built to provide the highest quality living with extremely low energy bills, clean air, low noise, and minimal maintenance. These homes are available for Pre-Sale, which offers buyers the opportunity to customize available finishes to their liking if placed under contract pre- or early construction.
