The Ivanhoe Park project is a neighborhood-led initiative with an aim to enhance efficiency in land banking, environmental remediation, and title clearance across 24 pre-development lots.

• 24 lots owned by The Way Home, each in pre-development
• Leverage more efficient processing across Land Bank, environmental remediation, and title clearance
• Coordination with other local projects to amplify and streamline neighborhood-led initiatives
• Legal Aid Abandoned Housing work
• Nearby development (31st and Prospect, Ladd School, Harris Park)
• Infrastructure investments

Added value and impact:

• Lot preparation strategy serving as pilot within KCMO, shared with other neighborhoods and developers
• Shovel Ready lots attract ready-to-build projects that become part of The Way Home's development incubator
